1. What happens if my plane is early or late arriving?
We update all flight arrival times and we arrive when your plane lands, no matter whether you arrive late or early provided we have a correct flight number.
2. How much time do I have to meet the Chauffeur on my Airport Transfer Reservation?
We provide 45 minutes (60 minutes for Intl. Arrivals requiring customs clearance) of free wait time on each Airport Arrival Transfer for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage. If you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within 45 minutes (60 minutes for Intl. Arrivals) of your plane landing we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be charged in full for the reservation.
3. Can I instruct the Chauffeur to take a scenic route to my hotel from the Airport?
Our Airport Transfer rates are based on a point to point transfer and your Chauffeur is instructed to use the most direct route for expediency. If, you would prefer the Chauffeur use a specific route our hourly rates and minimums will apply, plus applicable fees/taxes and gratuity.
4. Is the Limousine bar stocked with beverages?
No Sedan Services are non alcohol.
5. Where do I meet my Chauffeur for pick-up?
All Chauffeurs will meet in baggage claim area with a name sign.
6. What is your Cancellation Policy? When is my Credit Card Charged
We required a valid credit card to hold your limousine reservation. Once your reservation is placed a 50% cancellation fee is charged if canceled up to 24 hours prior to the start of your charter. Under two hours will be billed in full. ie: Chauffeur in route and or on spot
2. Airport Pickups:
a. FBO (Private Aircraft): Wait time begins 15 minutes after scheduled wheels down time and is billed in quarter hour increments. Wait time is rounded to the nearest quarter hour.
b. Commercial Airports: Wait time begins 15 minutes after the official flight arrival time (Leroux Limousines LLC relies on Flight Tracker to track all flights). Wait time is rounded to the nearest quarter hour.
i. Once a scheduled pickup is established for a reservation, the wait time terms listed above will apply and wait time will continue to accumulate until either i) the passenger boards the vehicle, or ii) the reservation is canceled.
ii. Reservations canceled after one hour prior to the scheduled pickup time will incur billable charges that include the price of the transfer plus applicable wait time incurred prior to the cancellation.
• Delays caused by an aircraft unable to approach its gate.
• Delays caused by airlines not allowing passengers to exit an aircraft.
• Delays caused by airline baggage handling.
• Delays caused by passengers progressing slowly to the meet location.

a. Vans & Sedans require over two (2) hours in between bookings and hourly minimums do apply to each reservation bringing total minimum hours to four (4) hours
b. Limousines require over three (3) hours in between bookings and hourly minimums do apply to each reservation
i. Note: Limousines are available for a four (4) hour minimum split based on availability: two hours minimums apply to each reservation when splitting time bring the total minimum hours to four (4) hours.
c. Mini Buses require over four (4) hours in between bookings and hourly minimums apply to each reservation bringing total minimum hours to six (6) hours
8.Your credit card will be charged 24 hours after pick up. Deposits are required and posted 2 weeks prior for larger vehicles.
9. Can I pay for the reservation in Cash instead of using the credit card that was provided when I made the reservation?
Yes, but most of our Chauffeurs do not carry cash due to safety concerns, and we require that you provide the credit card for imprint as all charges, including gratuities are billed to your credit card or corporate account. This must be approved to office prior to run and if given cash, chauffeur will give you a cash receipt with your signature on it for the full amount.
All Rates are subject to audit after order completion; to include actual tolls, parking fees, addl. stops & time allotted, etc. Hourly reservations are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in ½ hour increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours; is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for, not what you will be billed for.
10. Is it possible to place, change or cancel a reservation
with my Chauffeur?
We require that all changes, confirmations and cancellations be Emailed or phoned into our dispatch.
11. If, I place a reservation for 8 hours, but after pick-up I realize I require less time; will I be charged for the full 8 hours?
If this is booked on a special event and your requested the vehicle for a min. hours, you will be booked for those hours. Hourly orders are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in ½ hour increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours; is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for.
12. How far in advance should I place my reservation?
Availability changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times.
